Season 4, Episode 11

It’s another holiday episode. Yes life is busy for all of us. Sometimes we don’t have time to think of ourselves during the holiday rush Deadlines with work and so many demands from our families and friends. But take some time to treat yourself!!!

Plus so many of us have older friends or relatives who get ill during the holidays (even we are at risk during the winter). Yes it is difficult during the holidays, but don’t give up or give in to desperation either. I talk a bit about Facebook love connections. For some people it works, for me I think it is an intrusion to mix my friends, family and dating (especially in such a public venue). That’s just me .

Lux also explore dating older women and how to know if a woman is interested in you. We share some bad corny jokes as opening lines for when you first meet someone. I’m not sure if that is the best way to go. Watch someone’s body language during a first date. You might get some tips on how to proceed on that first date or whether to pursue that relationship.

So many things to consider. Has that guy opened up to you? Has he told you about his family, work, and is he interested in your life? Do you each mirror each other’s body language? Do they gaze into your eyes? It’s about showing interest in your life – and you in theirs. We have lots of advice this show and we hope some of it will help you find that special someone – or just laugh with us during this holiday season.

My best advice is just get out and about and enjoy all the reasons to dress up and gorge on all the free food. Bottom line – Have fun! Loosen the belt. And it’s okay to wear looser clothes- you earned it! Winter clothes are wonderful for hiding the pounds! Plan some outside activities. Worry about the pounds in January!
