Lux and I tackle the topic of dating alphas, both men and women, and what it might mean for your relationship. Alphas are typically leaders in their life. Many of us have had strong bosses at work, and sometimes they can be inspiring and, at other times, scary as hell.
So what happens when you date an alpha? Well honestly just because you are a leader at work doesn’t mean you will be a control freak at home. Sometimes alphas want to escape the fast pace of work, and their home personality is chill. Sometimes what you see is what you get. The only problem is alphas don’t always reveal their true nature until they are under pressure. So what’s a person to do? It is not always easy to tell from a first or even a few dates anyone’s personality. That takes time and the true essence of a personality and how well you match surfaces after you both have confronted several unique circumstances together.
Let’s just put it this way, the apple of your eye might actually be an asshole in disguise. There’s plenty of thoughts on the topic of dating alphas. Yet, as I said, don’t buy into the stereotype. Remember there is also the saying opposite attract; maybe you are seeking a strong man or woman, as long as they are not bullies is the key thing. Alphas can be exciting and innovative . Are they willing to help you grow into a strong person? If yes, then maybe you can learn from them. But if they want to smother you, then you might want to run quickly away. The bottom line is to find someone who you can achieve a strong partnership with in your relationship.
What happens when two alphas try to pair -likely lots of fury I imagine – you might unleash intensive passion or a wildfire? Be careful, don’t get burned. It’s best to take your time. Savor the journey and get to know each other. Well that’s it for now. Go get yourself an alpha or not!!!
